Day 005 – Is it pure packaging???
Today was an awkward day in the office because some people got let go. Some I worked closely with and it made me wonder who’s next. I didn’t like this feeling a bit.
I wasn’t in the mood of trying new things so I sort of cheated today. I bought something new to try. Just haven’t tried it yet. My husband’s co-worker seemed to like this particular tea and so I went to pick it up for her for Christmas. At the same time, I picked up some for myself too.
It’s by Tea Forte “www.teaforte.com“. The packaging definitely made it attractive. Nice little pyramid with a leaf hanging off it. Neatly packed in a tin box. Cute but expensive I found. For the smaller sample pack I got, it worked out to +/- $2.00 (CAD) plus tax per tea bag. At Starbucks I could get a nice cup of tea for less $1.73 (CAD) including tax. That’s a bit absurd but I will give it a try and see if it worth the money.
By the time I settled in, it’s already 9.30pm and I didn’t want to stay up all night by having a cup of tea this late. I will post the result later after I give them a try.
