Day 017 – New Monopoly Game
We were at a friend’s house this past weekend for an early Christmas celebration. As part of the tradition, there was Kris Kringle.
This year theme was “shoot them in the face”. In order to steal someone’s gift, you have to shoot their picture that’s on the wall hence “shoot them in the face”. It was quite a lot of fun and one of our gift was the monopoly game. Not just any monopoly game. It’s the CHOCOLATE edition by Laura Secord.
I was actually quite excited to see what it’s all about. We opened it up and there was the board (printed on paper and folded), the spinwheel and chocolate (32 pieces). There wasn’t any charms or anything else… hmmmmm. We were puzzled for a bit and read the instruction. Basically it’s all about spinning the wheel and getting the chocolate with the same colour code. Whoever get the most chocolate wins.
We didn’t have the patient so we just dove into the chocolate. It’s thin slice and it’s quite creamy. It might be fun for little ones but definitely not for adults.
Well… if you are out there reading my blog… you might wonder what happened around Day 7… I wasn’t sure if anybody read my blog so I sort of slacked abit. I did try new things but just haven’t clean up my draft and publish it. I will try to get that sorted out and post. Hopefully there IS someone out there that is interested in my blog.
