Wilma's Project

My husband worked from home today and I guessed he managed to squeeze in picking up my Christmas present.

I am notorious at guessing what my Christmas present is. He hates that about me.  He thought he fooled me this time.  He didn’t even give me ANY hint.  Nada.

I got home from work before he did this time and found 2 HUGE boxes by the Christmas tree.  One i knew right away what it was because I gave him hint and I sort of told him that’s what i wanted.  It was the Gordon Ramsay by Royal Doulton Everyday Cookware.  It was on sale so I figured it’s good value.  Then there is this other box that couldn’t even fit under the tree.  I didn’t have to even touched it, I knew exactly what it was.  A DYSON VACUUM cleaner.

So he got home, and I asked him right away “is it a vacuum?”…. he just replied “SCHMUG”.. yup I was a big schmug.  I couldn’t help it.  I just knew judging by the shape and size of the box. 

I felt so bad though as he continued to tell me how hard it was for him to wrap it and all.

He then let me unwrap them since I knew what they are anyways so at least i could use them to get ready for the Christmas lunches, dinners, and parties….

I didn’t get to try the cookware but I tried the vacuum cleaner.  It’s the Dyson Ball – Animal. It moved as well as they advertise with the ball movement.  Smoooooth.  We just vacuumed the living room last Sat and I just did a quick run with the Dyson.  We were both surprise how much dust was there.  It’s definitely an expensive vacuum cleaner and I couldn’t say if it worth the money yet or not.  I was definitely impress how easy to maneuver it and how much dust it sucked.  Will keep you posted when I do the full vacuum around the house this weekend.  At least I tried something today.

I am starting to wonder if anybody out there is reading my blog.  Anybody?? Or I manage to find a spot on the internet that nobody goes to or be able to find….. hmmm.. Well, if you are reading this, I would love to hear from you.  Just show me a sign of life or something, quicky comment…etc… that would be great.
